“I’m Thomas, founder of AppLess – inspired by my own two young children. Our mission: to help parents meaningfully reduce their children’s screen time and reward positive behavior.
Before AppLess, I worked as a legal advisor at Skadden Arps and Wolf Theiss, among other things, and spent several years as Toto Wolff’s personal investment advisor, focusing on early-stage start-ups. I now combine this experience with my passion for meaningful digital solutions in everyday family life.”

The former state student representative for Bavarian secondary schools and former NEXT ambassador for Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken Germany now works primarily as a speaker for companies, delivering inspiring keynotes and individual workshops on digital detox, recruiting, and the impact of social media on our lives. In particular, he focuses on screen time and how children and adults can intrinsically reduce it.
Max Prochazka is a congenial business partner and trained industrial clerk who works behind the scenes on organization and sales.
